I tried to upload a CSV of people to a safety incident message on Workplace, but some people weren't added. What do I do?
After importing people to Safety Center during message creation, you'll be shown a results page that displays the number of successfully imported, failed and duplicate people.
On the error screen, you can download the list of failed imports to try importing them again. The most common issues when importing employees include providing invalid employee IDs or emails that don't correspond to users in your community.
If the IDs or emails appear to be correct, and you can't import the employees after multiple attempts, please contact Workplace Support.
